Using your BellyCool™ ice pack
- Place in freezer for 2+ hours
- Wipe clear any ice crystals
- Do not microwave or boil
Care instructions
- Hand wash silicone in warm water with soap
- Dry before refreezing
- Store flat
* Technically we should say “don’t apply the pack directly to your skin.” There’s a small chance of ice burn – especially if condensation or frost builds up on the surface. That said, our packs are made with a 2mm layer of medical-grade silicone and tiny micro-vents, designed to keep the cooling gentle and skin-safe. This means the risk of burn is extremely low. Cooling should always feel soothing, not sharp or painful. Dust off any ice crystals before use, and if you ever feel discomfort, simply remove the pack.
** Our silicone can theoretically handle temperatures from -60°C to 300 °C, so unless you’re going to Mars or Venus, the product will be safe. However, we haven’t thoroughly heat-tested the packs here on Earth, so probably don’t heat them up.
