Using your CherryCool™ ice packs

  • Place in freezer for 2+ hours
  • Wipe clear any ice crystals
  • Apply to breast area for 20 minutes
  • Wait 1 hour before reapplying
  • Repeat

  • Pre-orders are expected to ship in June 2026. We will provide regular updates on your order status until it is dispatched from our facility.

    Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after you receive your tracking number.

  • If you wish to cancel your pre-order, you may do so at any time before shipment for a full refund.

    You have 30 days to return your mamacool product if it is unused and in its original, unopened, hygienic packaging.

  • Every mamacool product arrives in premium packaging that is ready to gift straight from delivery.

  • No. Milk is produced deeper in the breast tissue, so brief cooling sessions will not impact your supply. Feeling more comfortable can make feeding easier and less stressful, which may support milk production.

  • CherryCools may help relieve pain and inflammation associated with mastitis. If you suspect mastitis, consult your healthcare provider promptly.

  • CherryCools feature a central dimple designed to fit silverettes or allow space for lanolin cream. The contour reduces pressure around the nipple area. The soft silicone has smooth edges to protect sensitive skin.
