Using your PeachCool™ ice pack

  • Place in freezer for 2+ hours
  • Wipe clear any ice crystals
  • Apply to perineum for 20 minutes
  • Wait 1 hour before reapplying
  • Repeat

Care instructions

  • Hand wash silicone in warm water with soap
  • Dry before refreezing
  • Store flat in the freezer bag provided

  • Pre-orders are expected to ship in June 2026. We will provide regular updates on your order status until it is dispatched from our facility.

    Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after you receive your tracking number.

  • If you wish to cancel your pre-order, you may do so at any time before shipment for a full refund.

    You have 30 days to return your mamacool product if it is unused and in its original, unopened, hygienic packaging.

  • Every mamacool product arrives in premium packaging that is ready to gift straight from delivery.

  • You will likely use it most during the first two weeks at home, when perineal swelling is highest. Cooling provides immediate relief from tearing and soreness. Many mothers continue using it for up to six weeks.
